We deal with complete insulation system measurement (insulation resistance, capacity, loss factor or short-circuit impedance, transmission). Considering machines filled with insulation oil we provide with complete diagnostics including gas chromatography. We represent the only company in the Czech Republic providing appliance transformers with diagnostics based on 3 ml of oil (gas chromatography, water content, acidity number). Such diagnostics reliably guarantees operation stability. We have used this methodology, which has proved to result in 100% prediction certainty, since 1994.
We provide rotary machines with non-destructive determination of assumed breakdown voltage in accordance with Dr. Ing. Jan Hlávka DrSc. On the basis of our customers´ agreement, the results of measurement are processed (evaluated) and saved by specific software in the largest Czech Republic database in this field (approximately 250 switching stations, 1200 machines, 4000 PT).
The results of measurement process evaluation contain the statement on whether the object meets ČSN (Czech Standards), EN, IEC, guidelines, or if there is recommended to carry out essential repairs of the insulation system, dry the machine, replace or filter oil, if there is a danger of sediments creation, heat or electric defects or the machine failure. The results also contain the prediction of potential development providing the opportunity to get ready for the actual situation.
